Phoebe Prince is a freshman moved from Ireland to South Hadley, Massachusetts.
She got bullied because she had a popular boyfriend.
Phoebe hanged herself in January of 2010.
Afterward, Massachusetts wants to pass a law that introduces an Anti-bullying curriculum.
6 students were charged for being involved in her killing herself.
None of these students will be able to graduate.

She has been bullied for 3 months
The poeple who bullied her were Ashley Longe, Sharon Chanon Velazquez, Flannery Mullins who were pleaded unguilty.
Sean Mulveyhill, 17, and Austin Renaud, 18, and Kayla Narey, 17 were charged having a connection with the suicide but were also pleaded unguilty.
Her sister found Phoebe hanging on the stairs at home.
